Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Mayo Clinic, Olu leads Agile delivery for AI-enabled healthcare platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build solutions that improve patient experiences. His career also includes leadership roles at ExxonMobil, Chevron, United Airlines, Cigna, and ABS Group, where he consistently improved delivery performance, strengthened team collaboration, and helped organizations embrace modern Agile practices.
