With over twenty-five years of executive leadership experience spanning the consumer goods, financial services, technology, and oil and gas industries, Hyacinth has successfully led complex business transformation initiatives, enterprise programmes, and strategic projects within multinational organisations, including Shell and Diageo. His extensive corporate experience, combined with entrepreneurial leadership, has equipped him with deep expertise in business strategy, organisational transformation, governance, productivity improvement, and sustainable value creation.
As Group CEO of Abound Group, he provides strategic leadership across an integrated ecosystem comprising Abound Developments, Abound Legacy Academy, and the Abound Multipurpose Cooperative Society. Through these organisations, he is building innovative platforms that enable individuals, businesses, and institutions to invest in strategic assets, develop scalable enterprises, strengthen leadership capacity, and create enduring generational wealth.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Benin, an MBA from the University of Lagos, and a Master’s degree in International Management from SOAS, University of London.
