Mrs. Olubukola Aneke is an accomplished business executive, management consultant, and finance professional with extensive experience in business strategy, corporate governance, financial management, organisational development, stakeholder engagement, and business operations across Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Nigeria. She began her professional career with Integrated Consultancy Management and Accounting Services (ICMA), where she rose to the position of Senior Consultant, working with state governments and public institutions on financial management, organisational improvement, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
During her time in the United Kingdom, she gained valuable international experience through social enterprise initiatives and served on the Event Management Team at the UK Central Office of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), contributing to the planning and execution of major national conferences and large-scale events.
As Executive Director of Abound Group, Mrs. Aneke provides strategic leadership in corporate governance, business operations, organisational development, financial oversight, and enterprise growth. She works closely with the Group’s leadership to strengthen institutional capacity, drive operational excellence, and advance Abound Group’s mission of building sustainable businesses that create wealth, transform lives, and deliver lasting impact across Africa.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Mrs. Aneke is a respected faith and community leader. She serves as the Zonal Coordinator of the RCCG Junior Church, providing strategic leadership and oversight across a Zone comprising six Regions, and as the Regional Coordinator of RCCG Region 20, where she mentors leaders, coordinates ministry programmes, and promotes excellence in leadership development and organisational effectiveness. She also manages the His Love Foundation Charity Shop of RCCG Region 20, overseeing its operations and supporting initiatives that provide practical assistance to vulnerable individuals and families, reflecting her commitment to compassion, stewardship, and community impact.
